dbtjl Terms and Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dbtjl platform and all related services. By creating an account on dbtjl or using any of its services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms.

Important: Although these Terms are written in Bengali, in the event of any dispute, the interpretation of the dbtjl authority shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, you should notify our support team in advance — otherwise complications may arise during account verification.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

21+ dbtjl is for users aged 21 and above only. Participation in any gaming activity by minors is strictly prohibited.

If the age information provided during registration is found to be false, that account will be immediately terminated and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

dbtjl may request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate when necessary. This information is used solely for age verification purposes and is stored with the highest level of security.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit funds at dbtjl. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (by any method).

  • Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Sending funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
  • The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal funds typically reach your account within 5 to 30 minutes.

  • Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if there is an active bonus wagering requirement.
  • dbtjl reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All four methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — are processed under the same terms on dbtjl.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any fraudulent or illegal transaction is attempted, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited. dbtjl reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳30,000 (1,200 × 25) must be wagered before withdrawal.

  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
  • The wagering contribution may vary depending on the game being played.
  • The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
  • After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time period.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may claim a bonus from each promotion only once.
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly from the account.
  • dbtjl reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, dbtjl may cancel the bonus on that account.
Warning: Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts or with the assistance of a third party will result in all related accounts being closed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Environment

When participating in slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming sections on dbtjl, the individual rules of each game apply. All games are operated under fair play principles.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or disconnection, dbtjl will use its records to determine the outcome of that round. dbtjl reserves the right to void any erroneous or error-related payouts.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, dbtjl may follow a policy of refunding the relevant stake. In the event of any dispute regarding odds, markets, or payouts, dbtjl's decision shall be final.

  • In cases of legal directives or court orders.

10.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance that meets the wagering requirements. Contact our support team to close your account.

11 Limitation of Liability

dbtjl is an entertainment platform. Participation in gaming is entirely voluntary and involves risk. dbtjl is not liable for the following:
